Medium-voltage power cable
Shielded power cable, 5 kV to 35 kV, 2 AWG to 1000 kcmil, in copper and aluminum. Single-conductor, three-conductor, armored and underground distribution constructions.
- Construction, outside to inside
- Jacket
- Copper tape shield
- Insulation shield
- EPR insulation
- Conductor shield
- Conductor

Applications
Type MV-105 with EPR insulation and a copper tape shield is the standard feeder cable between the service or substation and transformers, switchgear and large motors, in conduit, duct bank and cable tray. TR-XLPE and concentric-neutral constructions cover underground distribution.
- Service and feeder circuits, 5 kV to 35 kV
- Duct bank, conduit and cable tray
- Transformer, switchgear and generator connections
- Solar and wind collection circuits
